I am effectively the 2nd owner of this very low mile 1984 Mercedes 300TD. I purchased her from the dealer who received it in trade from the original owner. I have been very diligent about maintenance and replacing worn out parts. "E" service was performed last year. New front shocks. New antenna, New struts for rear hatch, Two new tires, New Alpine Stereo and speekers, New visor clips, New LF ball joint, replaced #2 Glow plug, replaced transmission vacuum valve, New Air condition compressor, replaced LF window regulator, replaced shake plate bolt on injection pump, replaced break hoses, replaced sway bar links, new battery, new fuel lines, new booster lines. Everything works except for the cruise control. Engine runs very strong. Transmission is very smooth. I get 25-26 MPG city or highway, does not seem to matter. This car drives very nicely. I love this car. I am selling her because we bought a home in the mountains and need all wheel drive. I have ordered a brand new Mercedes wagon with 4matic. My mechanic (OC Benz in Costa Mesa 714.556.2369) said that this wagon is ‘the best specimen around”. If you are serious about this car they will be happy to talk to you about her condition. Original Becker Grand Prix stereo included. Original paint looks very nice but has a couple or normal chips. Body is straight. Driver’s seat has a tear (see picture). NO RESERVE. Call 949.202.9349
