Its not a one owner, however, the both previous owners are known and have provided the same care and service as the current owner. This 911 belongs to my neighbor and he has decided to replace it with a GT3. It has lived its life always garaged both at home and work. NOT ONE DING. Its only very minor scratch is on the roof and I cant even get a picture of it due to its small size . There is also a very small scratch on the nose (pictured) ,however, I believe its not even in the paint ..still protected by its clear bra. Speaking of that, the entire protective clear cover on the front nose, fenders and mirrors have zero blemishes . No bug hits ,etc,just looks new. Tires are in average shape with about 50% life remaining. Interior is just as nice as the exterior with no wear marks on the seat bolsters or carpet..notice the steering well, still looks and feels like new. THIS 911 HAS AN ARMREST!. It looks factory, however, it is not and somewhat expensive but you will be sooo glad to have it. Instantly you feel the difference when you drive one with an armrest! Every switch and button operates exactly as it should including the original factory radio with the multi disc changer in the bonnet. OPTIONS - 1. ADAPTIVE SPORT SEATS 2. POWER SEATS PKG 2. CD CHANGER 8.MODEL DESIGNATION 9.POLAR SILVER METALLIC TOP It has had the 60k service which included changing the transaxle fluid, all fliters inside and out and replacing the spark plugs. Clutch and all related parts were replaced as well during the visit. Most recently this car has had a new A/C Compressor, drive belts, shocks and steering rack replacement. No oil leaks at all! It sits in the same place every day and I can report there is no visible spotting . Even the valve covers were replaced last year. I have all service records plus manuals and two master keys with the keyless remote. You dont find many of these anymore and especially one that has the ownership care like this one ! Its not a one owner, however, the both previous owners are known and have provided the same care and service as the current owner. This 911 belongs to my neighbor and he has decided to replace it with a GT3. It has lived its life always garaged both at home and work. NOT ONE DING. Its only very minor scratch is on the roof and I cant even get a picture of it due to its small size . There is also a very small scratch on the nose (pictured) ,however, I believe its not even in the paint ..still protected by its clear bra. Speaking of that, the entire protective clear cover on the front nose, fenders and mirrors have zero blemishes . No bug hits ,etc,just looks new. Tires are in average shape with about 50% life remaining. Interior is just as nice as the exterior with no wear marks on the seat bolsters or carpet..notice the steering well, still looks and feels like new. THIS 911 HAS AN ARMREST!. It looks factory, however, it is not and somewhat expensive but you will be sooo glad to have it. Instantly you feel the difference when you drive one with an armrest! Every switch and button operates exactly as it should including the original factory radio with the multi disc changer in the bonnet.

It has had the 60k service which included changing the transaxle fluid, all fliters inside and out and replacing the spark plugs. Clutch and all related parts were replaced as well during the visit.

Most recently this car has had a new A/C Compressor, drive belts, shocks and steering rack replacement. No oil leaks at all! It sits in the same place every day and I can report there is no visible spotting . Even the valve covers were replaced last year.
