1979 Triumph Spitfire Up for sale is my 1979 Triumph Spitfire 1500.Runs and drives great without any problemsClear California title with up to date registration.Very fun car to drive and reliable as well. Mechanically this Spitfire is very sound.The engine runs great, very smooth. All of theorginal parts are there for emissions.The transmission shifts very nicely through all gears,and the clutch works fine. There is a very minor dripfrom the shifter rod, that seems to be common with these cars. This car is entirely rust free throughout.The body is straight with a few minor dents.The paint looks decent from a distance, and is finefor a daily driver. The paint spray was a bit thin so there is some unevenness in color, I tried to display thiswith the pictures. All of the trim is complete, just needs the clips.The windows are all nice without any chips or scratches. The luggage rack on the trunk looks great and is very useful too.The tires are new. The top is in alright condition, there was aminor tear that I have patched. All of the lights work, the brightsare currently disconnected due to the switch malfunctioning. The interior of the car is great aside from the seats needing to be recovered. Both of the seats are the original frames, they justneed new covers.
