Up for sale is my trusty, reliable crew cab. This is a great work truck. She starts every time regardless of the weather and is a dependable daily worker. I've had no issues whatsoever with this truck and it runs perfectly. The truck is powered by the original 6.5L turbo diesel with 208,335 miles. It gets surprisingly good fuel economy for a 1 ton truck this size; averaging about 16-18 mpg. It has an automatic transmission that was rebuilt about 7500 miles ago and shifts/functions perfectly. I have maintained this truck meticulously with regular fluid changes and pro-active maintenance. Brake lines were re-done at 200k and new pads were installed this spring. Tires were brand new this spring and have 90% or more tread. The truck is mechanically perfect. Can't think of a single mechanical issue with the truck other than the AC needs a charge. This truck will work for you another 200k if you take care of it. The body is great with very little rust and relatively few dents for a work truck this age. The truck has been a worker, though, and it does have nicks, dents and freckles. It could definitely use a paint job as there are numerous spots where the paint has failed and surface rust emerging. The cab roof, in particular, is missing quite a bit of paint. She has a 9 foot reading utility body that is very spacious. Every tool box works but some of the latches need a little persuasion to close completely. Other than that, the boxes are weather tight. The crew cab has room to transport a 6 man crew comfortably. This truck will haul or tow just about anything you ask it to - very powerful. Inside, everything works as it should. The only issue is with the front bench seat, There is a considerable tear in the driver seat and the seat-back needs repair. I haven't had time to attend to it. I love this truck and will be sad to see it go. It has been a reliable worker and never given me any trouble. I have absolute confidence you coud pick this up and circle the country trouble free.
