Up for sale is my 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 5.3 w/ rear barn doors. I am the second owner and have owned this vehicle since November 2006. I purchased the truck from DC Chevrolet used with 79k. It has normal wear and tear for 161k miles, and I have stayed on top of the truck when it comes to maintenance and repairs. I have always changed the oil with top of the line Amsoil full synthetic every 4k miles. First and foremost I am upfront and honest with everything. Currently, the service engine light is on due to a problem with one of the oxygen sensors. The ABS light comes on every once in a while due to a Technical service bulletin problem with one of the ground wires linked to the ABS system under the rear bumper. The ground connections get dirty and set off the light, it's a common problem with the tahoe's. It has no effect on the braking system at all. The AC blows nice and cold, and the heat is good (it takes a little longer to heat up when it gets really cold out). The truck starts, runs, and drives perfectly fine. I have been operating it with no problem. For a few hundred bucks at most, the truck will be fine. As far as the body goes, I have never been in any accident, but the previous owner was, involving the front passenger fender. The body has wear and tear on it, but thats expected with the year and mileage. The pictures represent a pretty accurate detail of the condition of the truck. I'm not trying to hide anything, and feel free to come take the truck for a test drive if your in the area, I will even let you take the truck to your mechanic if he is in the Northern New Jersey area.
