1991 BMW 850i, V-12 Automatic, Calypso Red, fully loaded, and just turned 80,000 original miles. The car drives great, Air and Heat work perfectly, cruise, tilt, power seat, radio, lighting, accessories, etc all work pefectly. It does need a door handle sensor on the drivers door, for the automatic window drop during opening and automatic door lock. From what I understand, this is a common problem and a fairly easy fix. The power lock and window work fine manually on the drivers door, but when you lift the handle, you dont get that Automatic window drop during opening. I have been just lowering the window a bit manually, and have actually got used to doing that.. The passenger door works as it should, and if you lock or unlock that door, it will also lock or unlock the drivers doors. The Quarter Windows Work great, along with all the other electrical in the car. This car has No Leaks, doesnt leave a drop of oil anywhere, it runs smooth and peppy, it shifts and stops properly, and is really a pleasure to drive.. I was pleasently surprised that the H&R Lowering Springs and the 18x9 and 18x8 wheels, didnt really affect the overall ride of the car. I have lowered the car with H&R Lowering Springs, but I do have all the original springs that go with the car also. The Drilled/Slotted Brake Rotors, Wheels and Tires, ECS Wheel Spacers, and Lowering Springs all have about 2000 miles or less on them, and I have all the original parts removed from those mods also. I have also installed the Wokke Performance chips also, and they did make a difference in performance.. I also have the original BMW ECM chips that are included in the sale. I have also installed MagnaFlow Mufflers with and X-Pipe, and it sounds great, the Mufflers have about a 1000 miles on them. I have replaced both batterys about 3000 miles ago, so all is good there too. I got this car exactly where I wanted it in stance and look, but the Southern Oklahoma Roads are not friendly to the car, so I am going to let it go.. I could go back to the factory springs, and there would be absolutely no issue, but when I bought the car, I had a particular plan for it. I really wanted an 850i for a Daily Driver, and it is more than capable of that, but doesnt work on our Rural Roads.. I have spent several thousand dollars doing these fresh mods, so I hope someone appreciates them and enjoy the car in a more friendly envirionment. To answer a few Questions I have recieved.. This car does not have a SINGLE Squeek or Rattle in its body or suspension, everything is very tight and represented by the original miles. All the window seals are good, and there isnt any excessive windnoise from the side glasses. Again, the only reason this car is up for sale, is because I planned on using it as a daily driver with the mods performed. Our Rural Roads and Driveways are not friendly to it at all.. When I am in the Dallas or OKC area, there are no issues with the stance. I actually live in a 3 stop light town, with miles between the next town. These area's have road quality issues, and the recent heat wave in our area has actually buckled roads and highways to make them worse. I did forget to mention, I had a new windshield installed about a month ago, so there are no scratches or chip issues with it. Here is a walk around YouTube Video of the car, and of it running..
