This 928 first hit the road August 27, 1991 in Ohio and all early service was performed at local Porsche dealerships. It came to Las Vegas in late 1998 where the next owner apparently bought a service plan. Regular maintenance continued and the miles accumulated very slowly. When the timing belts were changed in 1999, the car had not yet reached 30,000 miles. Everywhere you look, there's comforting confirmation that this very special Porsche is indeed, as good as it looks . . . . . . this 928 S-4 has the condition every seller wishes his or her car had. It's a top shelf car with very few demerits. We replaced the hood and rear hatch shocks and our Porsche service center gave it a thorough going over and we gave it a deep detail. We detailed the undercarriage, the engine bay, four stage polished the spectacular original paint finish, cleaned every nook and cranny inside and presto: the car now looks as good as it already performs. Speaking of performance . . . . . . the 928 was so advanced that even two decades later, it can still put the hurt on most "sports" cars on the road today. 165 miles-per-hour is fast no matter what decade it is and this 928 engages warp velocities while spoiling its passengers with lots of leather (front and rear seats, paneling and ceiling) lots of leg-room (up front anyway) and dual air conditioned decadence. It's not just A/C with vents in the back and with the dark window tint, your 928 will be cool . . . in addition to being "cool" of course. It's a buttoned down, curvy design that only looks right on a Porsche and looking down the side of this Porsche, it's easy to see how right this Porsche is. This Porsche 928 S-4 possesses all the breathtaking looks and startling performance it was born with. By 1991 the 928 had matured into a stunning, world class high performance sports car.
