I am listing this El Camino for a friend. This is an original 1959 Chevy El Camino, that has a 283 small block V8, with a 3 speed on the column. It hasn't been hot rodded. The engine will turn over, but doesn't run. It has been stored in a garage for many years and has rust in the usual places: rocker panels, rear fenders, floor pans etc. The floor pans will need to be replaced and it will need brakes. It's missing a piece of chrome on the right rear wing of the tailgate. The chrome piece that goes on the top of the left front fender, is in the seat of the car, along with an El Camino chrome piece that goes on the side. There is a crack in the bottom of the front windshield and the right side passenger window is shattered. The dash has a little paint peel but otherwise is in good condition. The seller is willing to store vehicle for a short time, until buyer can pick up vehicle. We would like a $500.00 non-refundable, deposit within 2 days of auction close. May use PayPal.
