If you want to pick up your car in Florida, we are required to charge you 6% sales tax. 96% of all states will credit you the sales tax paid in Florida when you register your var at your local DMV. Dealer Fee: Berlin Motors never charges dealer fees. Only a flat $179 for title processing, documentary, doc stamps, DMV servicing, Carfax reports, Autocheck history reports, title searches, and other necessary paperwork structure. Title: Florida is a title holding state. Some titles take up to 21 days to receive from lien holders. Titles that are paid for by cashiers check are held up to 14 business days for checks to clear. If you pick up your car we will issue a 30 DAY Temporarily Tag. Financing: Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1996 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Out of State:
If we ship your vehicle to your state, No Florida Sales Tax is charged. If you want to pick up your car in Florida, we are required to charge you 6% sales tax. 96% of all states will credit you the sales tax paid in Florida when you register your var at your local DMV. Please call your DMV to verify. We are aware that West Virginia,Mississippie & Arkansas will not credit you. We recommend to have the car shipped to these states.
Dealer Fee:
Berlin Motors never charges dealer fees. Only a flat $179 for title processing, documentary, doc stamps, DMV servicing, Carfax reports, Autocheck history reports, title searches, and other necessary paperwork structure.
Title:
Florida is a title holding state. Some titles take up to 21 days to receive from lien holders. Titles that are paid for by cashiers check are held up to 14 business days for checks to clear. If you pick up your car we will issue a 30 DAY Temporarily Tag.
Financing:
Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1996 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
