VERY NICE & LOW MILEAGE 1989 BENTLEY TURBO R VEHICLE HAS APPROX 74,760 ORIGINAL MILES & IS ALL ORIGINAL, EXCEPT FOR AN ALPINE CD PLAYER. THE 412CID TURBOCHARGED 6.75 LITER RUNS AS SMOOTHLY AS YOU WOULD EXPECT THE CAR IS IN EXCELLENT OVERALL CONDITION. THE SEATS WERE RECOVERED WITH BENTLEY GRADE LEATHER APPROX TWO YEARS AGO & ARE IN NEAR FLAWLESS CONDITION (it appears bright red in pics, but is actually a very deep & beautiful maroon). I WOULD RATE THE WOODGRAIN AS 9.4/ 10. THE STEERING WHEEL SHOWS A SMALL AMOUNT OF WEAR, BUT NOTHING EXCESSIVE THE EXTERIOR TOO IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE CARFAX SAYS IT HAD AN INCIDENT SEVERAL YEARS AGO, BUT DOESN'T PROVIDE DETAILS. THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE I HAVE WITH CARFAX. THIS VEHICLE WAS $149,000 NEW, SO ANY OWNER WOULD TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL SHOP DO PERFORM ANY NECESSARY TOUCHUP. ALL VIN'S MATCH & I CAN'T FIND ANY SIGNS OF PREVIOUS PAINT WORK The car sustained minor hail damage this past Spring. I have several estimates for $1,500-$1,900. They obviously are not able to guarantee it will be brought back to perfect condition, therefore, I have decided to sell in it's current condition. I have tried to show the extent of the damage in the pictures, but the Silver paint hides it very well I have several years of maintenance records but have never had any problems or issues. The car has the usual Bentley quirks. The speedo reads approx 15mph too slow, the instrument panel lights are a little too dim & the driver's window is somewhat slow going up. It is a very nice & reliable vehicle overall. Very pleasureable driving experience to be sure. Custom Bentley carcover & keychain included!! Finally, I titled this vehicle under my dealer name when I originally purchased it, then liked it so much I decided to keep it, so titled it in my personal name.
