Manufactured in Owosso, Michigan by Autocycle, about 360 were made, welded steel tube chassis is covered by a fiberglass shell, inside the tandem seat cockpit with BMW instruments, with water cooled heater and set up for C/D player, with original factory upholstery. The Pulse is legally a motorcycle, it rides on 2 main wheels and has 2 outrigger 8 inch wheels with torsen bar suspension, it is classified as a 3 wheel motorcycle as only 1 outrigger wheel touches the ground at anytime. It sits on 120 inch wheel base and has an overall length of 192 inches and weighs a little under 1000 lbs. This is the only one to be powered by a BMW K-100 (90 horsepower). It is dual overhead cam, fuel injected, dry sumped, all aluminum 4-cylinder, 5-speed transmission, with a paralever rear suspension and shaft drive with disc brake. There is also rollbar and seat belts. I parked it in the back of my shop ten years ago, it was running then, engine turns freely now, sold with a bill of sale only.
