Up for Grabs is a 1996 Honda Civic This is a two-owner car that I bought from a doctor about a year-and-a-half ago, for Grad-school. Its finally time for me to buy something newer! I have taken exceptional care of this car. I have always performed the routine maintenance like oil changes, filters, etc. This has been a real workhorse of a car, which has given me many trouble free miles, and I’m sure it will for you. It spent a good deal of its life in Florida and is almost entirely rust free. Has some small dents and dings couple chips here and there, but overall for a 1996, it looks incredible! Most people are shocked when I tell them the year. The interior is very clean! The underneath is very clean as well. *These photos have not been retouched. The car only has 158,300 less than 10K-a-year overall. -Power Windows -CD/MP3/iPod Radio -Cruise Control -Ice Cold AC -60/40 Locking rear seat back -Rear Window Defogger -Power Mirrors -Power Door Locks -Clean interior -Tilt Wheel -Locking trunk release. -Tachometer Work I’ve Completed: -In the last 2000 Miles-- Total Brake Job--Replaced the front brakes/Rotors/Rear shoes and drums--400 dollars. -Exhaust Work/ New Flex Pipe. -New Air-filter -An Energizer Battery about 8 months ago. Full Maintenance at 133,000 Miles when I bought it. -Timing-belt & Water Pump -New Plugs -New CV Joints in the front- both left and right -New Valve-Cover Gasket -New Drive Belts -I still have the owner’s manual and a lot of the maintenance receipts The Not So Good;=) -Car will need some new tires soon, So you hear some road thumps. Tread in back is good, in the front getting pretty low. -There is some slight damage to the front bumper and headlight. Its pretty small and hardly noticeable see pictures. I did this and decided that it just wasn’t worth fixing. -Rear window switch doesn’t work in the drivers door but the window rolls down from the back seat switch. Just needs a new switch. -Car uses a little bit of oil--around 1/2 every 5000, which is not a lot, but I want to mention everything. -E-Brake works fine, but cable will need adjusted. I have described the car to the best of my ability and with total honesty.
