19780 Oldsmobile 442 W30 455, 4 speed, 3:91 12 bolt posi 98,000 miles Same owners for last 30 years. Car has been in storage since 1986 ( tags expired in 87') Absolutely must sell!!!! Less than 500 miles on complete engine rebuild. Not original numbers matching, but rebuilt to W-30 specs with correct factory 4 speed cam. W-30 aluminum intake manifold. Red fender wells. New front and rear seat kit and new carpet kit. Painted in 1982, but car has been garaged or in storage ever since and paint is in remarkably good condition. Small rust spot on drivers front fender below W-30 emblem (shown in picture). Very minor fiberglass damage on front hood( shown in picture with chrome trim removed to show extent of damage). Other than these two spots body is in excellent shape. Have not found build sheet so i don't have documentation. However i am 100% positive this is a true W-30. Car was purchased 30 years ago when W-30's were not being faked. When i acquired the car , the red fender wells had obviously never been removed from the vehicle. Also the red plastic had been painted over once with white paint and then later painted over with black undercoating. Why would someone fake their W-30 fender wells and then paint over them? Most of the paint and undercoating was removed, although a little still remains (shown in picture).
