YOU ARE LOOKING AT AN ALL ORIGINAL 1983 AMC EAGLE. I WOULD SAY CAR IS IN AVERAGE CONDITION CONSIDERING AGE AND MILAGE. THE CAR RUNS GREAT BUT A LITTLE SHOT OF STARTING FLUID IS NEEDED TO GET IT GOING. IT WILL PROBABLY NEED A NEW CARB OR A REBUILD ON THE ONE THAT IS ON IT.IT HAS A CURRENT PENNSYLVANIA INSPECTION. I just went and looked it over and here is the deal. Battery was a little low but still cranked on its own. I sprayed a shot of starting fluid in carb and it fired right up. I had to repeat that twice. The second time it started it idled on its own with the choke on, a few minutes later choke opened up on its own the idle dropped so i hopped in and went for a little ride. Brakes felt good,clutch grabbed good and trans shifted fine. I shut it off and it started right back up on its own every time. The motor runs great and it is still inspected however I could not seem to get it to engage into 4wd and the a/c compressor was not kicking on. Everything else appears to be in working order and overall this thing is in pretty good condition!!!
