You are looking at a 1970 Pontiac, GTO. This is an all matching numbers car as far as I know, I replaced the Idiot lights with correct 1970 gages, I do have a 1970 raido for it just not in the dash, the previous owner did replace the rear ring and pinion with a 4-11, I have owned it for several years. Bought it when I returned from Kuwait in 2003, Dont want to sell it but it needs someone that can take better care of it than I can, I lost the place I had her where I was entending to do a complete restore. It runs well, was my daily driver cept in winter, the car NEEDS restoration It is all there, Mechanically it needs nothing that I know of, but it is all original so it will need to be repainted, and the interior restored. Update, Floor pans are in good shape as is the trunk, frame has usuall light rust for a car, no holes. She does need a new roof skin, you can get from OPG. The engine is a PMD 400, and a TH 400 I will add a picture of the numbers.On Nov-02-11 at 14:40:16 PDT, seller added the following information: NEW UPDATE, When I bought this car I was told it was a PMD 400, after crawling around the engine compartment in the snow and rain, I have found out that the engine is a PMD 350 so as far as numbers matching It is not, I will assume that it has been restored in the past and a differnt engine placed in it, cant be sure of the transmission being a th400, I am taking the reserve off, what she goes for she goes those that feel i might of misslead them I am sorry, Should of done more looking, To say the least im a lil Upset myself. The title on the car is a GTO title best i can hope is somone blew the engine and replaced it with what they had.
