Up for auction is a 1971 Olds 98 Luxury Sedan Hardtop. 76709 Miles. 455 Rocket 345 Horsepower. last year for high horsepower G.M. Cars. Nice silver body, appears to be an older repaint, possibly from the 80s, but still looks good. no visible rust or dents, but has a few spots to be touched up on decklid and rear cowl area. near perfect original appearing vinyl top. absolutely beautiful black vinyl interior, with no rips, tears or seams splitting anywhere, perfect black carpet, perfect headliner, tilt steering wheel, perfect door panels and armrests, and perfect black dash with no alterations ever, no distortion, cracks or tears in vinyl surfaces. car runs and drives well, smooth, strong and quiet. except for the ninety eight scripts on the quarter panels, there is not an item, accessory or piece of trim missing or out of place on this vehicle. engine bay is clean, but not detailed. A/C belt and compressor runs, but is not ice cold. car has P/S, P/B/, A/C, AM Radio with front and rear speakers, windshield antenna, power windows, power trunk release, remote control drivers side mirror and electric rear window defroster. deficiencies with the vehicle include the above mentioned trunk area that need to be touched up, A/C recharge ?, scale and rust spots on rear bumper, minor door dings, slight rust in trunk area that was previously repaired with small patches. the car could use a final detailing to make the solid paint sparkle. this is a real nice cruiser, not a show car, but one that you can cruise with in comfort and security. please be advised that this car is for sale locally, and i reserve the right to end the auction at any time. there is no warranty on this vehicle. there is no shipping included in the selling price, but i will assist with shipping in any way i can. for more details on this vehicle, pleasr call me, Steve at 516-476-2380. thank you for your time.
