I have owned this bike for 3 years now and have never had any issues with it. Purchased with 8xxx miles currently has 14xxx miles. The bike has the following upgrades: Full Yoshimura RS2 exhaust (muffler has been cut down 6") has a deep throaty sound Cylinder Works Big bore kit 434cc ( was installed around 8xxx miles) James dean jet kit with keintech extended fuel screw for stock mikuni BSR carb Renthal grips (brand new) New clutch and brake levers New Gripper seat cover Avon distanzia tires (less then 1000miles) Skate board wheel axle sliders 3x3 air box mod with UNI filter Edge tailight rear subframe painted semi-gloss black triple trees painted semi-gloss black 16t front sprocket (stock 15t sprocket will be included) Newer chain (replaced less then 1500 miles) works anodized blue engine plugs cometic head gasket (less then 1000 miles) new kibblewhite exhaust valves( less then 1000miles) mild port polish to the head (less then 1000miles) oil changed regularly 1500-2000miles new throttle tube now the bad: -First off the bikes title is BRANDED FORMERLY ABANDONED short story......Customer brought this bike into a shop to have the big bore and exhaust installed. Customer never returned/called/contacted the shop in over a year. Shop owner performed all necessary actions to obtain the bike legally. he then put the bike on craiglist where i fell in love with it and purchased it. -plastics have typical wear and tear from trail riding and a few slow speeds spills on the street, no cracks just scratches and scuffs ( new plastics are less then 150$ and easily obtained) -doesnt currently have front turn signals on it(was going to purchase bark busters with integrated turn signals but never got around to it) -not currently Pennsylvania inspected, wont matter if you purchase out of state (ran out in june of this year, would pass with front turn signals) -only have 1 key -odometer bezel no longer has the lettering to tell what the buttons do, didnt bother me as all i ever did was ride it(eventually i wanted to replace it with a trailtech vapor) -foot pegs and pass. foot pegs have some road rash on them from being layed over, still function fine though now the GOOD: -bike starts very easily with warm weather doesnt even require the choke, also starts easily in cold weather using choke -this engine does not skip a beat, the power is always there at the twist of the throttle. This bike cannot be compared to a stock DRZ or dirt model DRZ, on the other hand it is not as powerful as its more expensive motard siblings(KTM, Aprilia, Husqvarna) -i would not be afraid to ride this bike 300miles plus(with the occasional stopping for gas every 90-100miles) -this bike is a blast to ride for beginners and can still be fun for the more experienced that want a cheap track bike to play around on -you will not be disappointed with this bike!
