1966 GTO 428 4-speed. This is a "real" GTO not a lemans with fake badging. Healthy 428 .030 over,roller rockers, comp. cam ss valves,headers,holley carb, HEI distributor. this motor has never been on a dyno but my guess is that it is in the 450hp range. The car has a 4 core radiator and runs cool. the Trans is a M-22 4-speed with a new clutch. The rear is a 12 bolt with unknown gears maybe 3.08? The body was taken off the frame in 03. at that time the frame was cleaned and painted,suspension rebuilt,new body mounts,shocks,control arms,upper & lower ball joints. at this time a new wiring harness was also installed. The interior has also been restored with new dash,carpet,headliner,door panels,armrestsseats,visors & glove box. Most of the outside chrome is either brand new or polished and will come wrapped up. All of the gto emblems are new. The car is very powerful, drives nice and has never given me any problems. I have enjoyed cruising it around and going to car shows but my life is just going in another direction now and I don't have the time for a car like this anymore. What the car needs now is some minor bodywork and paint and some chrome or pontiac rims. The rims that are on there now are off a 70 z-28 and don't fit the car too well.
