Up for bid is this rare 1959 GMC 100 series truck. V8, automatic trans. *** All original. Truck does run but is not driveable. Needs brakes and front Steering rod appears to be bent. Body is in average condition for the age, No rust through. Wood in Bed needs replacing. I will ship this at your expense. An Immediate $500.00 deposit is due on winning bid. I have had several questions regarding rust. This truck has been in california since new. It only has very minor surface rust where the paint has faded and wore off due to sitting in the sun. It has no rust through anywhere on the body and only one or two rust spots that have even pitted the metal. Its solid. As stated, the wood in the bed is gone and will need to be replaced. This truck has all original body and interior parts and will need to be restored completely if someone wants it back to good driveable condition.
