Well here is a 1996 chevrolet silverado ext. cab 6ft. bed 1500 with the z71 tow and off road package. I have taken very good care of this truck by keeping up on all of the regular maintainace and replacing things before they are broken. I always make sure the truck is well warmed up before driving. The air conditioning and heat work awesome. It is stock except for cosmetic things such as tail lights, a k&n air filter, Newer silverado wheels, Clear headlights and lower front turn signals, Super 44 exhaust, and Led Tail Lights that have the stock appearance until lit up. This truck has a very clean interior and exterior with the exception of some rust here and there, i made sure to take pictures of it. It also has a rare z71 package with a 2500 14bolt center section in the rear meaning it is a 3/4 ton 6 lug rear! bullet proof! I have also installed and airbag system in the rear to help the ride i just didnt want to use add a leaf and make the truck ride bad. This truck should need nothing i have basically replaced everything in the past year. Here is a list of maintenance done in the last 10,000 miles: New vortec 5.7 liter 350 with 2 and a half years left on the warranty. Professionally installed.New Transmission that also has a little more than 2 and a half years left on warranty.New Fuel Filter and Fuel Pump.New Brake LinesNew Brakes all around, rotors and drums.New shocksNew radiatorBrand new High Flow magnaflow Catalytic Converters just a couple weeks ago.New K&N air filter.New Steering pump and lines.New Alternator just a couple weeks ago.New Pittman arm and steering components.The truck has all the small body damage and the rust you would expect from a truck this old but over all it is a very reliable truck and runs just awesome! It gets around 13mpg city and 16mpg highway. The new motor and transmission has about 6,000 miles on it and still has plenty of warranty left on them both so there is no need to worry.I didnt waste my time putting a used motor in this truck i wanted to do it right because i was going to drive the truck for the next couple years so it is a quality build chevrolet 5.7 liter vortec remanufactured motor. I have invested nearly 5 thousand dollars in this truck in the past 6 months and the only reason im selling it at a loss is because im ready to get a new vehicle and just don't need it anymore so i would like to recover some of the money i have spent.
