We are located in North Olmsted, OH (a Western Suburb of Cleveland, OH). We are 5 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins Airport (CLE), and 20 minutes from the Amtrak Station and Greyhound Station in Downtown Cleveland or Burke Lakefront Airport if flying in by private plane. How do you source your vehicles? We purchase our vehicles from New Car Dealerships, Used Car Outlets, Dealer Factory Sales, Finance Company Closed Sales, Trade Ins, and Private Sellers. We resell cars with clean titles only. Do you have all titles in your possession for your vehicles? We do not always have titles on hand for vehicles that are advertised for sale. Titles may be in transit from banks, from other dealerships, from the state, and a host of other reasons for normal processing delays in title paperwork. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in Ohio and guarantee clear titles on all vehicles that we sell. If having title on hand is of critical importance to you, please call to verify its status prior to contracting for sale. What fees are associated with my purchase price? There is a $250 documentation fee on all transactions, unless the purchase price is less than $2,500 (it is then calculated at 10% of the purchase price). There is also $33.50 in title / tag fees which include processing the title application and providing a 30 day Temporary License Tag until you obtain your actual license plates for the vehicle. We cannot waive or negotiate these fees, so please do not ask us to. Am I required to pay sales tax on my purchase? Ohio residents will pay all Ohio sales taxes and title and registration fees in accordance with their county of vehicle registration. Out-of state residents will be responsible for all city/ state/ county, taxes, title, and registration fees applicable in their residential state at time of vehicle registration. Out of state buyers do not pay Ohio sales tax, only the taxes charged by their state of vehicle registration. How do you source your vehicles?

We purchase our vehicles from New Car Dealerships, Used Car Outlets, Dealer Factory Sales, Finance Company Closed Sales, Trade Ins, and Private Sellers. We resell cars with clean titles only.

Do you have all titles in your possession for your vehicles?

We do not always have titles on hand for vehicles that are advertised for sale. Titles may be in transit from banks, from other dealerships, from the state, and a host of other reasons for normal processing delays in title paperwork. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in Ohio and guarantee clear titles on all vehicles that we sell. If having title on hand is of critical importance to you, please call to verify its status prior to contracting for sale.

   We contact each other by phone to finalize the transaction.

   If you are planning to pick up the vehicle in person, we schedule a delivery time for you to sign your paperwork and pick up your vehicle.
4. If you are not planning to visit our dealership, we will overnight the necessary documentation to you that needs signed to complete the transaction.

   You return the completed documentation along with the remaining balance due.
6. 
   Once we have verified your funds have been made available to the dealership we will release the vehicle to your Transport Company or agent.

Do you service All your vehicles?

All of our vehicles are professionally cleaned inside and out before sale. We perform a Safety Inspection on ALL of our vehicles. You will see a picture of the repair order and the inspection report for every vehicle we service. We will disclose any issues that we choose to correct in the advertisement. The only exceptions will be vehicles deemed “Mechanic Specials” and we will provide a Safety Inspection as well as our opinion of what services the vehicle will need.

May I have the vehicle inspected by an independent inspector prior to purchase?

YES, however your inspector must perform the inspection at our dealership (unless you have arranged with North Olmsted Auto Wholesale to drive the vehicle to an authorized inspection center). All inspections will be at the expense of the buyer. Purchase of an inspection does not guarantee you will win the auction. All sales are final and there is no post sale inspection process.
