The white stripes just set off the color, and broadcast that this is a serious Z/28. All applied to a rust-free California body with all GM sheet metal. The original floors and trunk pan remain. Perfectly period-correct, made more desirable and rare by the dark green interior. With new GM correct headliner, visors, vinyl seats, carpet, door panels, you’ll think you were back in 1969 when you climb in and sit behind the Rosewood steering wheel. Equipped with the matching/correct, original, high-revving DZ 302, with the correct and date coded M-21 4-speed. The signature mechanical sounds of the legendary Z/28 exhaust is handled by a factory-correct dual system that combines to the dual-chambered muffler, still mounted in the stock location. All that power is channeled to a date code correct 12-bolt rear end, suspended by correct (and fresh) four-leaf rear springs and shocks. All gauges, including the factory saw-tooth style mounted in the console, are fully operational. To take you all the way back to the tunes of ’69, the original AM radio is fully functional.
