1999 Ford Crown Victoria LX for sale by owner. Purchased vehicle in/or around the low 70,000 miles. Used it for work so the majority of miles are highway miles. Never wrecked. Although it looks like a former police car it is not. The hubcap covers fell off one by one and being an LX it came with the black steel wheels. No idea where the lugnut covers came from. I am selling because I have 4 cars and only 2 drivers in the house and because I don’t travel for work anymore. Vehicle is in good to very good condition and these Vic's are the most reliable cars I've owned. Everything works as it should. No issues with the motor, transmission shifts without a hitch, AC is cold, heater is hot, all the lights, AM/FM radio w/ cassette, windows, cruise ctrl, side mirrors, driver’s seat, rear defroster, locks, passive alarm, horn, windshield washer/blades, trunk release, hood release, gas filler door, etc. all work. If I missed something it too works. Slap some plates on it and drive off. Here is what I could find wrong and is notable: Small rust on driver’s and passenger front fenders (see pic-the other side is smaller), a few stains on carpet that can be removed, cigarette lighter doesn't work (shouldn't matter as it doesn't have an ashtray), rear tires are good-fronts will need replacing in a cpl thousand miles. Buyer is responsible for securing a carrier unless locally bought. I am asking that winning bidder submit a 200.00 deposit. I will accept the remainder of payment via Paypal or checks within 7 days.
