This is a 2003 Focus SVT 2dr hatchback. I've owned it since May 2006 and I'm the third owner. It has 72,800 miles on it, I have owned it since it had about 23,000. The SVT package gives it a 170 hp engine and 6 speed manual transmission, both unique to the SVT. It also gives the car a sporty suspension, 4 wheen disc brakes, 17 inch rims, a two tone leather and cloth interior, and an exterior appearance package. The SVT engine is high compression and requires premium fuel. I get about 23 mpg city and 30 mpg hwy. The tires are Continental Extreme Contacts all season and have less than 3,000 miles on them. This car has no mechanical issues. At 23,000 the clutch was replaced due to a service bulletin from Ford. At 48,000 the front springs and struts were replaced. There have been no other major mechanical repairs. I have all service records since I bought it and a printout from Ford showing all work done by Ford prior to my ownership. It is all original except; The previous owner replaced the exhaust with a "Thermal" stainless steel unit from the catalytic converter back. He also replaced the ignition with a Malory high performance unit. I had 50% window tint professionally installed (side and rear windows) by Eclipse Window Tinting in Madison. It has never been in an accident. It has no door dings. The paint is bright and smooth. The interior is clean. The seats have no rips or tears. Overall the car looks great for its year and miles. The bad; On August 2nd, a hailstorm put two small dings in the hood. Not very noticeable. There are a a few small scratches on the rear bumper. I'll point them out to you. The window tint on the drivers door has a few "nicks" in them that you can feel when you run your fingers across them. One of the wheels has a bit of curb rash. All four wheels have fine scratches on them like they were cleaned too aggressively. It is not noticeable from 5 feet away. This car has been my daily driver for five years. It's been adult driven, I'm in my 40s and the previous owner was too! It has been maintained exclusively by the local Ford dealership since I've owned it. I encourage anyone interested to see the car before bidding, I guarantee it is nicer shape than most cars with half the mileage!
