1966 Pontiac Gran Prix This is a 1966 Pontiac Gran Prix. The history is as follows. My oldest brother bought this for his first car in 1978 or 1979. He drove it until he blew a ring out of it and my Dad bought him another one. My Dad drove it twice a month for a couple years while he was driving a semi. Once he got a different job, he didn’t use it anymore…so it sat for quite awhile. When my parents sold the farm, it was given to me. I had high hopes getting it restored but I now have new child and we need a new house so I am selling it. It has a little rust on the back fenders and on the driver’s side floor board. Most of it surface rust. The body will need a little work. I got new hinges for the driver’s side and have those but they to be need adjust. I tore out the carpet and the headliner. The seats are intact but would obviously need to be recovered. I was told that this car rather rare because it has a Hurst 4-Speed and 389 motor. I couldn’t even find those options on the NADA site. It has stock 4 barrel carburetor on it. I believe it was carter afb. The title is clear. The car is currently at my parents place near Holyoke, Colorado and it would need to be trailered home.
