1973 XR75 runs great and is rider quality but in unrestored condition complete and very restorable First year for XR75 as you know Engine and frame serial numbers both begin with 10 as they should for a 1973 Call 770-962-5678 On Oct-03-11 at 18:28:12 PDT, seller added the following information: This xr is original and has a PERFECT pipe with NO dents or dings and only surface scratches which is SUPER rare.no rust and no rot on pipe, in fact this is the nicest original pipe I have ever seen and I have had a ton of xr's over the years. the seat looks good and the overall bike is mainly original inc carb. starts on first or second kick just like it should.tires are new, chrome on wheels is nice, as is the chrome on upper forks, not new but nice.the shocks are spectacular with no signs of rust or pitting. still has a very nice original kill switch and correct 1973 throttle housing but the cable is a 74 style. the tank and fenders were repainted at some point but not the side plates, who knows why?chrome on bars is nice and ignition cover is perfect. even the front number plate is restorable, not perfect but repairable.the down tube is slightly bent up high but will easily bend back during your restoration process. its not broken or cracked and has never been welded on.brakes work well front and rear and the bike does not smoke or leak any fluids. has new nos gas cap and grips.there is very little to buy for your restoration as far as parts, mainly labor and refinishing is all she needs.questions? tom 770 365-2620 or email me.thank youOn Oct-03-11 at 18:37:45 PDT, seller added the following information: no reserve auction....! bid to win. 500.00 deposit by paypal immediately following winning bid and balance in cash or certified funds within 7 days of close of auction...no exceptions!I will hold bike for you for 30 days but only if paid in full within 7 days!!! local pickup is also welcome.I will help with shipping at YOUR EXPENSE.
