Car is currently registered thru June of 2012. Clear and clean California title. Interior appears to be original, rear seats in good condition, front seat has wear and tear. Carpet and floor mats original, headliner is missing but a new one in the box is included. Car is heavily optioned, has tachometer, 140 MPH speedometer, clock, gauges, and telescoping steering wheel, seat belts and padded dash. Steering wheel is in excellent condition, no cracking. Fold down rear seat operates smoothly. Door panels in very good condition. Body is in very good condition, some minor rust at the front lower corners of the ¼ panels near the door’s, in the trunk at the bottom of the spare tire well, and at the lower windshield opening. Doors, trunk and hood open and close smoothly and align up properly when closed. Car has tinted glass option, all of the glass is good, and windows open and close with ease. Car appears to have one repaint years ago with the original color. This car still has three of the original T-3 headlights! The 180 horsepower turbo charged engine runs but is in need of replacement or rebuild. Will start up but smokes heavily and engine is making noise. Please view video to hear the car run and see the smoke. Auction includes a spare engine, but its condition is unknown. Manual transmission shifts smoothly, also included in the auction is a automatic transmission and spare parts and manuals (seen in pictures). The brakes have a good pedal, the tires hold air but are cracked, this car is not a driver and will have to be towed or trailered. It will start and can be driven onto a trailer or transport.I have old registration and paperwork showing car was in San Diego, California from 1971 thru 2005.
