Up for bid is a 1969 Mach 1 Mustang that needs a full restoration. This car is definitely a project, as it will need some floor pan work, front cowl and engine bay work, quarters replaced, wiring harness, and all of the usual work that goes along with restoring any 40+ year old car.The car was taken to a restoration shop in the early 90's and disassembled, and then the shop caught on fire, burning the left front of the vehicle. The owner got the car back with out the motor or trans and the car was burned on the left front so he got disgusted and put it in his back yard and let it sit. The frame rails and torque boxes are still in good shape but the floor pans need some work, it's kind of hard to tell in the pic's, but there is some rust in them. Have all of the glass except for the font windshield, which got cracked in the fire. Car still has 9 inch open rear end in it, but no tag telling what gear. It was an a/c car with power steering and automatic trans, but drum brakes and non-fold down rear seat. Buyer is responsible for pick up, and/or all shipping arrangements.
