This car has been in my possesion since 1982. When I bought it, it was in reasonable driving condition. The body needed a lot of work. The floor pan was badly rusted as well as the longitudinals and the battery area. The paint was in bad shape. Stripping the paint revealed the dreaded Bondo,but it was still in place. New paint improved the looks a lot. In recent years the rust has been taking over in many places. The car is a 356 SC. The engine is not original. It has a 1968 912 engine. The engine turns over,but it hasn't been driven for several years. On Oct-02-11 at 13:55:22 PDT, seller added the following information: Please note that the front trunk lid needs to be propped open. Currently I use a golf club shaft.
