this is a great truck. i purchased it from a friend because it had a slight knock. i removed the engine, found a sun rod bearing,replaced crankshaft,1 rod and piston {piston because machine shop cracked when removing pin}, replaced all main and rod bearings as well, new oil pump, rear main seal,clutch,pressure plate and throw out bearing (while engine was out,)...fired up and had a slight miss..., replaced 1,4,and 8 injectors due to clog....runs nicely....a/c doesnt work. this truck books for 6400 (thats cab and chassis only) without the dumping utility body,im selling the whole shebang for what just the cab is worth ,,,i have no reserve . pto driven dump bed is super strong... antilock brake light is on,,,poss low fluid or sensor. this is a 454 big block vortec engine with a 5 spd man trans {new clutch}...it is an HD...,it is a work horse..the rear tank has a new pump, but does not work,,,use front tank...maybe a fuse or connection. dr side door handle on inside is missing {must open window and open from outside} left rear taillight is cracked, the window sticker for cab and chassis was in the owners manual and this truck (without the dump body ) was 24 thousand dollars....the dumping utility was prob another 18 g... the truck was inside since 2009 because of engine,,,,it is now a good strong workhorse. is not inspected. sorry for the forensic description of everything, however, i want the high bidder to know everything i do about this truck and be comfortable bidding. all the things i have listed are petty and can prob be touched up in a few hours.... all six tires are 95% or more...thats over 1000 bucks right there...come see before bidding if youd like. no reserve, will not ship, cash upon pick up.. must be picked up with 7 days of auction close.
