Vehicle Detail
1950 Ford F200 / F2 with original matching numbers flat head 8 cylinders with manual 4 speed transmission. Engine runs and sounds great, shifts great. Fires right up and drives. No smoke or choking. Front end looks to be from a 1951 but it also could be possible that it was built in the late 1950's. Clear title This is a solid heavy duty truck. Very little rust and everything looks straight. The only thing is the tail gate looks a little banged up. Glass has a crack but its straight pane glass so you can have someone just cut one to size pretty cheap. Odometer reads 46,888 miles Interior seat is in great shape Comes with 2 books, An original 1949-50-51 F-Series SHOP MANUAL, dates April 1951, that goes into incredible detail about single component to these trucks. Exploded views of almost every single engine, drive train, suspension and body part. Upholstery men will find how-to-do-it procedures of their work" The second book is Ford truck 1948-54 chassis parts and accessories catalog, dated January 1954 The only this about this truck is that it seems like the frame was shortened to fit its bed. It might have had a different style bed like a flat bed or longer bed. Who ever did the work did a very very good job and it absolutely does not look like is was done recently. Does not have the wood for the bed and needs tail lights.
