I'm selling my 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe. I purchased the car in March of 1988. I drove it every day and it was a great car. I then moved on to another car and so I stored the car in my dad's garage in 1991. My younger brother came to live with me in 2001, he didn’t’ have a car and said he was interested in driving the “Stang”. I agreed to let him have the car and told him we could work on it and restore it. So in 2001, we moved the car from my dad’s house and did some work on it to get it back in driving shape. It had been stored for 10 years at that point. We purchased a bunch of part to fix the car up. Unfortunately, we really never were able to restore the car. My brother moved on shortly after coming to live with me and so the car went back into the garage again in 2002. It has been in my garage since then. The current status of the vehicle is when stored in 2002, it was running and was being driven every day. In 2002, I took it to a body shop and had the trunk refurbished with all new sheet metal parts. The trunk had rust around the gas tank and needed to be replaced. It has a new gas tank (not bolted in). The entire trunk is new and looks great. It has new Centerline Rims and pretty good rubber. The car is in need of restoration at this point. It is a good solid California car and has no rust. It has a strong 289 engine with automatic transmission. It has power steering. The rest you can see from the pictures. I have made a decision that I am not going to restore the car. So I will sell it. If you have any questions, please just ask. Good luck bidding.
