This is a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria seized by the Milford Police Department during a Criminal Investigation. The vehicle was awarded to the City of Milford by the Superior Court of Delaware and we currently hold a clear title. This vehicle appears to have been a police vehicle or taxi cab in the past. There are holes drilled in the dash and the floor in places which appear to have been the location of equipment installations. It is either a high end police vehicle or taxi cab, Overall, the interior is in decent shape, There were no holes nor extensive damage observed. The stereo has been replaced, unknown if it works. The interior has vinyl coverings. The vehicle exterior has dents and dings. It appears to have been painted. Paint is shiny and is coming off in areas of the front bumper. The vehicle glass appears to be intact. Vehicle does not start therefore there is no statement about operability of this vehicle. It was being driven at the time it was stopped and seized. A guess would be the battery needs to be replaced however this is an experienced guess, not a known remedy.Vehicle has sat for nearly 6 months pending Court Hearings. THIS VEHICLE IS BEING SOLD AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. THIS VEHICLE HAS NOT EVER BEEN USED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR POLICE SERVICE. IT WAS SEIZED AS IS. THERE WILL BE NO REPAIRS MADE TO THE VEHICLE BEFORE OR AFTER THE AUCTION. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO BRING WHATEVER IS NEEDED (TRAILER, TOW DOLLY, ETC...) TO REMOVE THIS VEHICLE. The City of Milford DOES NOT Finance, will not accept partial payment, and will not end the auction early to sell privately. High Bidder wins! We also cannot accept credit cards.
