1965 GTO - 389 Tripower - 4 Speed Beautiful Frame off restoration in 1999, only 3,000 miles since restoration. Not a numbers matching, but it is correct and verified by the Pontiac Historical Society. Build sheet found under passenger bucket seat. (View all pictures below). Some of the highlights of this GTO are below: 389 cubic inch with Tri-Power 4 Speed M-21 close-ratio transmission 3:90 Differential New sheetmetal including NOS Quarters, the frame is superb. Complete new Red interior and Vinyl top The 389 was completely rebuilt including the following: New pistons and rings Crane Fireball Cam Heads redone with new Valve Springs, as well as being gasket-matched with the intake Steel Crank Rods reconditioned M-21 Transmission completely rebuilt, the differential has Richmond 3:90 gears and an Auburn Carrier. New Gas tank, Stainless Fuel and Brake Lines throughout, Many new parts during the restoration. This is one you do not want to miss out on!
