This is the most rust free unrestored coupe I've seen in a very long time. Floors and trunk are in excellent shape. No dents or rust through, just surface rust on the body. Good Texas title with title application. Flathead engine is out and covered up but can go with it. Transmission is still hooked up in the car. Speedway sells an adapter to hook up a small block Chevy to the stock tranny for $280. I have a complete low mileage 305 that I will sell for $300. I also have a 350 crate long block with less than 7000 miles for $500. Your choice. I don't want to sell it but bills are due. Please don't bother with lowball offers. I know what I have. But if you are a serious gearhead with a craving for a neat old school ride, lets talk. I didn't prime the car before taking photos so that you can see that nothing has been covered up or hidden. The plastic dash trim is toast. I found the complete dash set in chrome plated steel on ebay for $160. I love these fat fendered Fords and this one is in great shape. Doors and trunk open and close well as does the hood. This car has not been altered yet. So for you old guys who still like to see the original equipment in them it can still be. I'm tempted to go that route myself if it does not sell. I have two 41 Ford coupes, one of which has already been converted to Chevy drivetrain and the other is in the shop now to be done. This coupe is in much better shape than the one I am building. I can hook you up with a local man who does excellent work converting these to modern daily drivers. He is not cheap but he is good. THIS CAR IS AN EXCELLENT CANDIDATE FOR RESTORATION. I HAVE SEVERAL CLOSE UP PICTURES FOR SERIOUS BUYERS. BOTTOMS OF BOTH DOORS ARE ROCK SOLID.
