1928 Ford Model A Special Coupe only made second half of 28 and first half of 29.Tagged, Runs, shifts and stops good. I do not know the history of the car, looks like it may have been restored back in the 60’s. It has patch panels at the bottom of the rear quarter panels but looks straight will try to show the bad items in pictures. I like this car a lot it’s a hoot to drive around every one waves and wants to look and ask questions.Extra items that I bought that go with car:6ea 21” wheels that look to be good rebuilders the one on the car have some repair welds.Set of front and rear brake drums that look to be good Set of rear axles that I was told they were new OEM forgt to put them in picture.Enough dark maroon vinyl and cotton ect to recover front seat and rumble seat.The Shop Manual Misc small new parts items like mirror, trickel charger ect.Work I have done to car:Rebuilt the steering box (bushings, bearings and worm gear)Upgraded to new front and rear gas shocks by m.a.c.s. fabricationUpgraded to new 6 volt altnatorNew Optima 6 volt battery and mountChanged 600W grease in transmission and rear endNew fuel gaugeInstalled Ahooga horn rebuild kit (works some time may need motor rewind?Seat was moved back about 2 ½” to allow better leg room (coupes were very tight.I bought all items needed used factory hinges and changed over from trunk to Rumble seat (grand kids love it)Items that I know that are missing:Doors glass, Quarter windows and back glass (some one was putting a smaller rear window in but I have the wood and trim to put back.Right door window regulator and top of door cover (part comes off to remove the glass)Right and left door window crank handles and door pull garnish moldingBelt molding that goes around back where cab and roof meet (you can use the roof material bead)All upholstery, roof cover and all weather striping-Pay as stated on EBay and you a welcome keep the car at my place for a couple of months if needed. I have the room and been living here and working at the same place for the last 30 years. The car is parked in my barn so when you pick it up you can say it was a real barn find.I will assist in loading and answer any questions.
