1966 Ford Fairlane 500XL 2-Door Hard Top VIN # 6A47C1568 98,194 Original Miles Professionally Rebuilt 289 4-barrel Engine and C-4 Automatic transmission - Have all reciepts New aluminum Edelbrock performance intake, Edelbrock 500 CFM 4-bbl carburetor, Flowmaster exhaust, headman headers, radiator and hoses, oil pan, distributor, battery, battery tray and cables, solenoid and starter, alternator, spark plugs and wires, water pump, fuel pump, brake pads, brake hoses, wheel cylinders, turned rotors, rebuilt master cylinder, wheel bearings, rear leaf springs and bushings, shocks, ball joints, sway bar bushings, strut bar bushings, seat bushings, coil spring insulators, rebuilt power steering power cylinder, new power steering hoses, headlight switch, stoplight switch, fan motor switch, fuel sending unit, rebuilt floor shifter, extra 8-inch rear end and brake parts, - have all receipts Body has been completely stripped to bare metal, primed with etching metal primer and lacquer primer. AutoKrafters stamped floor plans and cross braces installed and mig welded in place. Entire underbody has been degreased, pressure washed, primed and painted. Rust in typical places (floor pans, door corners, rear quarters, lower left front fender, trunk, etc.). Metal patch panels installed and mig welded in most cases. Rebuilt door hinges. Right rear quarter panel has some previous impact damage and needs to be replaced. Interior is complete with bucket seats, center console and is Factory A/C car. Have all glass in good condition except front windshield is missing, have extra right and left rear quarter glass. All regulators were in working order when glass was removed. Bumpers are perfectly straight and have been previously re-chromed in early 90s. Have several taillights and grills in good condition. One grill has been chromed and looks great. Car was original and complete when purchased in 2004. Have all parts and many extras. Car would make a great restoration project or parts car and needs a new home. Car is not street operable and will have to be transported to buyers destination.
