1958 Mercedes 190sl with perfect factory body gaps. No accidents whatsoever, 130,138 original miles. This car was purchased in Oregon where it had been stored un-driven since 1984 (please see registration tags). Back at our shop, Gino pulled the spark plugs, lubricated the cylinders, cleaned out the carburetors, pulled the gas tank and boiled it out, and then started the engine with fresh fuel. It runs smoothly on all four cylinders. We then installed new tires, and we cleaned the undercarriage with a dry-ice blaster to expose all the factory metal. Some metal repairs are necessary, but this is virgin body: It has never been restored, and both the front-end and rear-end are arrow-straight, no collision history. This car's perfect factory body gaps and number-matching motor and transmission make it an excellent candidate for top-end restoration. Thanks for looking! Please email any questions.
