Normal 0 Recently completed body-off restoration to original from the dry state of Colorado. There is no rust, nowhere & never was any rust. The body and frame are perfectly straight. The fenders are all solid steel. The original metal bed is still in place, as is the original wood sub-floor. The interior is immaculate with professionally cut & sewn upholstery, new head-liner & Ford rubber floor mat. Dash with original gauges and knobs are in exceptional condition. The original Ford glass shows wear but is perfectly serviceable and clear. Note after market chrome side mirrors and scuff plates. The re-built 239-V8 runs very strong with high and even compression on all cylinders. The truck has 3:78 gearing for easy and comfortable highway cruising. There is also an after-market steering damper for smooth and vibration-free cruising at higher speeds. The three speed manual transmission has also been rebuilt and shifts smoothly and quietly. The brakes have been re-built also. There is a new heavy-duty radiator with 6-blade fan and chrome overflow tank to prevent over heating. Shocks are new also. There are new correct 16” Radials on the original Ford stock rims with chrome trim rings and correct Ford hubcaps that I have added. The two-tone paint and pinstripe is fresh and excellent. There are no dings or flaws of any kind. The interior paint is the same. The interior doors are exceptional. This truck needs nothing or attention of any kind. This is a rust free, arrow straight, body-off original/stock pickup with only 600 miles on a re-built Flathead V8.
