1988-Ford Mustang LX Convertable 2.3 Litre V-6 with 112,000 miles on a strong running engine. Does not leak any fluids at all and does not use any oil or antifreeze, temp gauges all work great and are in range when car is running. Power windows/PS/PB. Interior of car is average for a 1988 convertable this car has been a daily driver about 34 miles each day during the summer and out on sunday drives. It has usual fading on the tops of the seats for a 23 year old convertable. Seats are above average with no rips or tears in them front and back. Carpets look really good and only have a couple of very light stains that could possibly come out. Convertable Top raises and lowers manually due to the fact there is a pressure line that needs to be hooked back up. There is also a button to raise and lower is that works fine after the line gets hooked back up I am told this is a easy fix I just never got around to fixing it just lowered and raised it by hand. Top has a plastic back window that also will need attention I do not think it was installed correctly so it needs to be looked at. I am including in the Auction a new convertable Black top still in box. Both rear windows need to be looked at they make a noise when you try to lower them but do not go up and down again should not be hard to fix I did not get around to fixing it either never bothered me. I am just trying to be honest and letting you know about everything and anything about this car. I hate to sell it but it needs to go due to the fact I have to many other projects and not enough space. Exterior of car is also average for its age and a daily driver. Surface rust has been fixed over the years and touched up when need be. There is only one spot that needs attention and that is the rear back drivers side lower panel that has a rust hole in it and the entire metal peice could be replaced for cheap it is right below the black trim molding. Car has a spare tire the original one that came with the car and still has air in it...it is not a donut spare!! Trunk is solid and so are all of the floor boards of this car. Tires are about 80-85% and about 6-months old and have alot of miles left on them. Rims are factory rims and are in good shape. Muffler sounds good but is staring to look like it may need attention in the not so near future but it sounds good and is not making any excessive noises. Instruments on dash all work and all lights hazards and turn signals and brake lights all work fine. Reserve is low on this car I want to sell it due to I have to many cars and do not have the room for it but I do not want to just give away this dependable vehicle. Sorry but some people like to play on here and bid on things they can not buy. A non-Refundable Deposit amount of $ 500.00 is due within 48 hours of end of Auction per Paypal or cash in hand. Balance on car is due within 7-days of end of Auction or at time vehicle gets picked up. I will not ship vehicle but i will help with loading of this vehicle if all the balance is paid. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If vehicle is paid in full I do not have a problem storing this vehicle as long as arrangements have been made and it is only for a short period of time.
