Here is a nice 1965 Corvair Monza with standard 4speed transmission. This car has been in storage about 10 years. I got the car from an estate sale. I believe the man that had it past away and the family sold it. At that time it was in storage and in need of a new gas peddle. However, the peddle was not attached to the linkage. Do to the years of storage, I have rebuilt the carbs, installed brand new tires on after market 14in rims. I have the old set of 13in rims and 2 new 13in tires. 13in tires are limited if unable to find, so I placed 14in rims and tires on the car. I also replaced the fuel pump, all brake hoses, fuel hoses, replaced the back brake cylinders and rebuilt the front brake cylinders, and replaced master cylinder. Now the car start and shifts fine. It does need a new choke cable but I just have not got around to it. This thing is cool. I can stand beside the car and it has a natual low profile. The seats are in great shape. It could use new carpet and some paint work. But for a car that is 46 y/o it is a head turner. I wanted to fix this up and keep it for myself, but I have one to many projects. I can provide storage for 2 or 3 months, but I can't provide insurance. I ask that a 250.00 deposit be mailed at end of auction, with difference at pickup. If storage is needed than I ask for 1/2 at end of auction with rest at pick up. Reverse is set at 3200.00 and a steal.
