This listing is for my 1966 Ford Galaxie 500, 2dr hard top. I bought this car as a restore project but due to other current projects I have to part with it. Car is an excellent candidate for resortation. Floor pans are solid as are most other panels and supports. Needs trunk pan, gas tank and tank straps. It looks as though someone at some point did a amature restore using bondo so there are quite a few waves but nothing some block sanding cant fix. Nice thing is there is little to no rust on her. Front windshield is cracked and passenger side window regulator is shot but the car is complete. Has a big block 390 with aftermarket headers which I actually had running a few months ago but it has a serious rear main seal leak. The 4 barrel Holley has just been rebuilt and the manual trans condition is unknown but present in the vehicle. I had planned to build it into a prostreet hot rod but unfortunately I took on one too many projects which drew the attention of the wife and now she says somethings got to go. Please understand this is not a running car, it is a project, it will need to be trailered or towed. I strongly encourage anyone bidding on a project vehicle to inspect it in person so there is no confussion on what is being sold. I have a tub of extra parts such as tail lights, door handles, original windshield wipers and so on which go and there are also some new parts which go with it such as shocks and brakes.
