Vehicle Detail

1946 Ford Super Deluxe Convertible RESERVE DRASTICALLY REDUCED! MUST SELL! The sheet metal on this original Henry built convertible is extremely straight and well done. There is no fiberglass in this genuine convertible. Here is a complete custom street rod - one of the slickest fat fendered verts you will ever see. All the right stuff - from the smoothed front end to the customized third brake light and a shaved rear deck lid that fits tight and sweet. Excess gaudy chrome has been jettisoned and you will only find bling under the hood on a beautifully detailed engine. A one piece Clack’s windshield and powder coated steelies with hand painted Ford center caps put an exclamation mark on the glistening two tone exterior. This convertible features eye grabbing Champagne paint with a Vintage Burgundy cap and graphics, and a matching Stayfast power top. Inside, the upholstery was professionally crafted in soft leather and tweed, and a custom center console hides most of the switches and knobs. This ride is breathtaking! For reliability and safety, the car runs a 330 horsepower 350 CID Chevy small block and TH350 transmission, a Ford 8 inch rear end with 3.25:1 gears, power steering, and power front disk brakes. Creature features include Vintage Air Conditioning and Heat, a GM tilt column, custom leather wrapped steering wheel, and AM/FM/CD sound system. It is as clean underneath as it is on top. The rarely used folding power top is in superb condition. If you are serious about owning a convertible that drives as nice as it shows, get in touch and ask questions. No BS. No games. If you have checked the prices of fat fender convertibles, you will find this car is offered at a very reasonable price, below the average market price. It will not disappoint anyone. Yet, this is not a trailer queen. The car has traveled a few miles since it was built in the late '90s. Everything has been recently refreshed and when you are behind the wheel it is hard to believe you are not driving a new car. Wherever you live, this custom convertible is guaranteed to be one of the nicest ones in your neighborhood.
