The car drives smooth and straight down the highway and the wiring is solid. I recently installed a later model rebuilt speedometer unit with a fuel gauge as I was planning on retrofitting the 58 tank with a fuel sender. The car would be complete with a spare tire, carpet for the front and a grill piece left of the steering wheel. The engine and gearbox work as they should... no smoking, hesitating or sputtering(after warmup of course). The car was painted with a base coat/clear coat application.
