I'm going to cry when the new owner drives this away... (Logan, Utah) Good looking and runs like a top, this 1948 International pickup is a sweet ride. All complete and fast as a jackrabbit, the heads will turn as you roll down the street. This truck is ready to go. It is in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to drive this anywhere. This would be an excellent opportunity to advertise your business or satisfy your mid-life crisis. 1948 International Pickup - model KB-2 (KB2) 3/4 ton. This truck has been my daily driver for the last 12,500 miles. I have owned it for the past 10 years. Lately it only comes out on Fridays and weekends. It has 13,500 miles on a rebuilt chevy 283 v8 engine. The engine was bored to .060 and ported mildly. It was chromed and balanced and runs perfectly. The engine has plenty of get up and go. Edelbrock 600cfm 4 barrel carb. The chevy four speed transmission and chevy positrack rear axle will reach speeds of 75-80, but I don’t like to take it over 60. It is fast off of the line and really gets your blood pumping. Dual exhaust (Headers included but not currently installed), 12 Volt Electrical, tires in great shape. The interior of the truck is fully finished in black and gray. AM/FM CD / MP3/ Aux input stereo. The exterior is black and metallic gray (phantom gray) and is in very good condition. Some rock pits in the rear fender from daily driving. Note: the driver side door glass is cracked., but operational. I have driven the truck with this problem for 10 years- I was always going to get to it someday. I have published a video tour of this truck on youtube.
