CUMMINS 4BT TURBO DIESEL JEEP. Easy enough for a daily driver or built enough for any Off Road adventure. You are looking at a one of a kind 1992 Jeep Wrangler custom build by the pros at Burnsville Off Road- this was not a back yard project. Its fully streetable no bad handling characteristics, the suspension height is adjustable, It has a very supple ride. This thing is built to go anywhere! Mileage says 112,600 but only has about 36,000 since build that I know of. Nothing was spared on this Jeep. It is essentially 1 ton transmissions/transfercase into "built" 3/4 ton axles attached to a 1/4 ton vehicle. It tows very easily. Approx. 105horsepower at 300ft/lbs torque. With the current gear set up, it gets about 20mpg at 70mph. But put it in first and put the transfercase in low and it... will... crawl. It has so much power/torque and gearing that if you are in first and in low you can can stand on the brake and it will still idle forward. Who needs a doubler?! But don't think that it can't stop, the hydraulic brake booster will stop the 34's with no problem. Cummins 4BT motor, custom intercooler, Be-cool radiator, electric fan, dual yellow top Optima batteries, (this is a 12v rig but uses 24v for the starter) 2 PIAA accessory lights on front bumper, NV4500 5 speed, NP231D transfercase, new rear driveline, Dana 44's with upgraded axles 300m, ARB Lockers front and rear, 4:56:1 gears, Warn Premium Lockouts, Black diamond coil over shock long arm kit, custom front bumper, Magnum 9k winch, Mastercraft seats, rock sliders, Sony 4 speaker stereo, center console, full interior roll cage, block heater, Uni air filter, hydraulic brake booster (disc brakes in front, drums in rear), wide fender flares, 315-75-16 (about 34.5"x12.5")Yokohama Geolander M/T's, full size spare (black wheel) American Eagle Alloy Wheels (I believe they are the 186 series), tow package, flush mounted rear lights, spare tire carrier with tire stop, Cummins Badge, Sorry, there is no A/C but the 4BT shares the same bracktry as its larger cousin the Cummins 6 cylinder so its only a matter of setting it up to add it but I would remind you that its a Jeep and the hard top does come off! The axles were completely rebuilt, new ball joints brakes everything before I got it.This a proven Jeep. It has literally unstoppable crawl power. It runs and drives great. Its not set up as a race car and if you try to speed shift, you will grind the gears. I've found that just slow shifting, like your driving grandma's car (the easy, gentile approach) works just fine. This is a used vehicle but very well built. Now I will be upfront and list the nickel and dime things to fix: missing hood latch, broken drivers door catch, tach gauge doesn't work and I believe the heater core was leaking at some point so it is bypassed. There is very little rust on the Jeep but there is a minor spot just above the rockslider that is bent a little bit. There is no carpet, it has a thick floor coating similar to a spray on bed liner for easy cleaning. The seats are comfortable for a "big guy" to ride in. For Sale by OWNER: Alan in Beaumont, TX.
