This is an awesome car that really gets attention!! It has been driven less than 500 miles since I got it 5 years ago. I purchased it to restore, but I never seem to have enough time to work on it. It has been garage kept since I got it. I was told that the car has the original engine and transmission (400 ci with 727 torqueflite transmission) but I cannot find a VIN stamp on the engine to confirm. However, the VIN on the dash and fender match the car that I bought. I converted it from a two barrel to a four barrel carburetor. I also put in new cam and lifters and a new timing chain. We added new tires, new brakes and a new headliner. The car originally had a/c but someone who owned it before me removed it. The body is very solid and complete. The trunk has surface rust that will need to be addressed. I see a few pinholes around one of the drain plugs. I don’t see any major rust issues. Fenderwells and wheelwell lips are solid and nice. The floor pans are solid. It does have some minor bubbling on the lower quarter panels and the trunk. Vinyl top is presentable, some minor bubbling underneath the edges.
