Driving this 2005 Audi A8L is like flying "First Class." Originally very expensive (approx. $100,000), this car is engineered with luxury and detail in mind, as one of the elite automobiles in the world. The 19-inch wheel package really gives this sedan a sporty look. This is the L model (Long Wheel Base), which adds an additional 5.1” in body length (all for the benefit of the rear passengers). This car comes with the standard engine, the 4.2-liter V8, that produces 335 horsepower. The transmission is so smooth, a six-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode and a Quattro all-wheel-drive system. For added safety, there are ten air bags including protection for the knee area. This A8L has standard xenon high-intensity discharge lamp (HID) headlights, and a heated steering wheel. All in all this is "a lot of car" for the money, holding a great used and re-sale value. KBB and NADA values are both over $20,000 for this exact car with these exact miles. This car is in really solid condition inside and out. I would rate it a 9 out of 10 overall condition, with just a few blemishes. The wheels show a little wear and tear. Also, the previous owner put Bridgestones on the rear and Pirellis on the front. I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere. You would think it only has 33,000 miles, not 133,000 highway miles.
