The vehicle has a clear title that the Forrest County Board of Supervisors have . 2. The VIN is the original VIN. 3. There are a couple of rust spots on the trunk where the trunk lock was removed but there doesn't appear to be any on the quarter panels or around the window areas. The inside of the vehicle is carpeted so the floor pans are covered. 4. The vehicle does not have a battery in it at the present time, but it did run when it was seized in January 2010. There are no legal issues on the vehicle. 5. There does not appear to have any bondo on the vehicle. The trunk lock has been removed and that appears to be the only damage to the vehicle. You can see that in the photographs. The vehicle will come with the title and a bill of sale.
