1973 Triumph TR6 Original Owner, was Mr. Burke who purchased it on 7/31/73 and had it for several years . It sat in his barn under hay for several more years and was sold sometime in the late 1990’s. According to the person I bought it from and his paper work, he put several thousand dollars into it, rebuilding, the engine and etc. When I saw it as I was driving by, I went back and tried it out and fell in love with it. The owner was selling it because he wanted to purchase a spitfire and could not afford both. I purchased it in 2000 and have had it 11 years. It comes with an original hard-top ( which is hard to find ) & new soft-top, Toneau cover, luggage rack, Undercoated under car , chrome valve cover and 3 New Red-Lines tires. The front hood section has been repainted and from the front doors to the end of the trunk is original paint, I wanted to try keeping it original. Seats, carpet, brakes, dash board and several other things have been redone to original specs. It’s always been garaged and used in the summer only. Between the second owner and myself we have put more than 25,000 dollars into it and have the paper work for it. The car is in excellent condition ready to go. I would drive it anywhere.
